Contract Manager/Operation Manager

MYR 5000 - 8000 

Responsibilities:

• Lead the teams of logistic, customer service, operations and to achieve given KPIs.
• Ensure operational target achievement (order completeness, on-time-delivery, inventory planning and disposal & etc) of the Demand and Supply Chain
• Propose, implement and monitor warehousing and distribution operations
• Define, implement and maintain high level of customer-oriented services
• Ensure high repair quality, speedy repair cycle time and repeat repair frequency

Requirements:

• Possess Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management
• 5 years of working experience in Logistics or Operations/Service field of which at least 2 years in managerial position
• Strong in material planning, warehouse and transport management
• Familiar with local customs and shipping legislation
• Detail-oriented, Structured and customer-oriented
• Fluent in English and B.M.
