Human Capital & Admin Executive
(Klang Valley & Tanjung Tokong, Penang)

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Corporate Office in the day-to-day running of the HR Department includes recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation and benefit and employee relation.
  • Organizing and maintaining documentation systems.
  • Handling government statutory documentation eg. EPF, Socso, income tax and etc
  • Handling industrial relations matters.
  • Prepare analysis reports to determine staff members, skills and needs to meet the organisation’s objective.
  • Well maintained of employees’ personal records on matters such as wages, leave, correspondence letters in related with employment and prepare management reports as and when required.
  • Formulate and implement changes to provide effective and efficient for the entire office work practice to meet corporate objectives.
  • Oversees the whole administration functions, inclusive of office security, PABX telephone system, office equipment & building maintenance, landscape maintenance, office renovations, stationery and printing.
  • Place stationery orders, monitor supplies and re-order where required.
  • Contact suppliers for quotation on stationery and office supplies and/or repair equipment.
  • Ensure correspondence, reports, filing and keeping of records are consistent with office guidelines and procedures.
  • To assist in other Human Resources functions as and when assigned from time to time
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or relevant discipline.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experiences
  • Experience in hotel / service industry would be and added advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, both in written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Good analytical skills and achievement oriented.
  • Good team player with the ability to work independently.
