Outlet Manager
MYR 6000 - 8400 RM6,000- RM10,000
(Johor, Kuala Lumpur, Pahang, Penang, Selangor) 

Responsibilities:

• Must have sound knowledge of food & beverage products served within the site.
• Must have refined skills in public relations among F&B tenants and able to handle complaints/challenges effectively.
• Experience in stock, inventory and loose asset control
• Must be able to check cost control reports and manage operational expenses in line with approved budget
• Set standards and regularly monitor on hygiene and work practices in both service and production by the operator.
• To ensure fitout of interior units meets operational requirements
• To ensure that all F&B outlets are clean and well maintained
• To be fully conversant with all statutory requirements regarding food and beverage operation and that all licenses are applied for
• To ensure that the Back of the House Department operates effectively and efficiently.
• To prepare and submit on the required format all information necessary for budgeting purposes
• Provides daily, weekly, monthly reports and other reports required
• To be fully aware of trends in the industry and make suggestions for improvement of the foodhall
• Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures on cleanliness, safety and security for the food hall
• Oversee appointed external vendors on all matters pertaining to the foodhall
• Plan and implement monthly promotions and special events to drive traffic to the foodhall.
• Manage and develop marketing communications and programs with related agencies, in a proactive manner to drive patronage and destinations to the F&B outlets.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Food & Beverage Services Management, Others, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Preferred skill(s): Cantonese.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent. Job role in Management or Others.
• 3 Full-Time positions available.
