Support Specialist
(Selangor - Cyberjaya)

Responsibilities:

• To be the Level 1 support team member to support daily data center operations (24x7).
• To ensure minimum downtime of network, servers and application services.
• To provide service deliveratbles as deined by agreed clients' Service Level Agreemetns.
• To assist in configuring & maintaining specific network services and systems.
• To provide support to internal end-users and liaison with telco's helpdesk.
• To document the problem incidents, tasks and projects involved.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• 6 - 12 months working experience with PC/Server (hardware and software) on MS Windows Platform.
• Basic knowledge in TCP/IP, Switch, Networking and Cabling.
• Working knowledge in Linux system, network administration and End-user support would be an added advantage.
• Candidates with data center working experience are encouraged to apply.
• Applicants must be willing to work in CYBERJAYA and willing to work on shift.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Hardware/Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
