Junior System Engineer - Permanent Nightshift
(Kuala Lumpur) 

Responsibilities:
  • To execute, monitor and batch cycles and print jobs in timely manner.
  • To raise trouble ticket and incident reports for all incidents encountered during operations support.
  • To escalate to the next level support if incidents can’t be resolved within SLA
  • To provide suggestion and recommendations to improve service delivery
  • To server as point of contact to communicate and coordinate with vendor and customer for incident reporting and resolution (where necessary)
  • Continuously upgrading and learning various skill set required for successful job delivery  and for career advancement.
  • Service operation window is permanent night shift
