We seek suitably qualified Malaysians for the position of:

HR SYSTEMS OFFICER
(Kuala Lumpur, Sabah) 

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the administration of the HR e-systems (e.g. Group Human Resources System, e-Overtime System, e-Leave Management, e-Recognition and VURV);
  • Provide support and participate in the UAT for HR e-systems enhancement and implementation;
  • Generate relevant HR related management reports and statistics including WebTrend and analysis;
  • Design and administer the HR webpage;
  • Administer the e-Non Executive Development Programme (NEDP);
  • Handling various HR system queries.
Attributes
  • Experience in Human Resources/Information Technology and PeopleSoft will be an added advantage;
  • Possess at least a Diploma In Human Resources/IT or related field;
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to deliver against a strict timeline and to work under minimum supervision;
  • Ability to define problems, analytical and able to generate creative solutions;
  • Efficient in handling PC applications i.e. Microsoft Office and Database Management;
  • Methodical, systematic and customer services oriented.
