Approach & Duration
The courses consists 42 Management modules addressing daily Management issues, show how to apply concepts, tools and advice. Each course includes 10hours of training, videos, games, activities, assessments, reference library and uniquely handouts that have immediate application in the workplace. Plus, we have combined the course now with the hand on workshops which focus intensely on applications of key ideas that conducted by Top Malaysian facilitators and give fresh and keen insight to key business ssues and opportunities to interact and network.
Facilitator/Speaker
Nasser Kamaruddin. Nasser has wide-ranging experience in conducting programs such as Relationship Marketing, Organizational and Change Management, Interpersonal Skills, Customer Service, Sales, Presentation Skills, Leadership, and Negotiation Skills. For more than 15 years, Nasser developed and conducted management and staff development programs for NOL, a public-listed company in Singapore. Having trained people in the USA, Europe, the Middle East, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, India, Bangladesh, Pakistan and Sri Lanka, he has a wealth of experience working in a multi-cultural global environment. Nasser loves being a trainer and working with people, and he consistently gets outstanding Evaluations from hisstudents. Nasser’s expertise includes curriculum design, total quality management implementation, organizational needs analysis, and measurement and evaluation of training effectiveness. Nasser has worked, and is familiar with Ken Blanchard’s Situational Leadership and Spencer Johnson’s Who Moved My Cheese? He has also trained Huthwaite Inc’s SPIN and Achieving Sales Excellence, and Bay Group International’s Situational Negotiation Skills. Nasser was a Senior Executive Newscaster for the Singapore Broadcasting Corporation, specializing in News and Current Affairs, and Station Manager for Singapore Airlines. He has a BA in Social Administration and Social Policy (Exeter, UK), a post-graduate Diploma in Mass Communications (Brighton, UK), and an MA in Training and Development (Sussex, UK).

Cancellation & Transfer
1. The subscription of courses is single-user license and non transferrable. 2. Once the workshop has been confirmed, any cancellation without prior notice and leaving an unfilled place (including non-attendance) will not be replaced. Should a participant wish to transfer to a later workshop, notice must be given at least two weeks in advance of the original workshop and agreement will be at the discretion of Sage Interactive Sdn Bhd.
