Senior Executive/Executive, Procurement Strategic Sourcing

(Kuala Lumpur - City Center)

Responsibilities:

• Request quotations from vendors for comparison
• Conducting tender exercise
• Preparing price tabulations and commercial evaluation
• Able to negotiate with vendors for best pricing and terms
• Prepare correspondences for communication with vendors, SBU or SFU
• Review and evaluate new vendors for registration as RHB panel of vendors
• Prepare tender report and approval paper.

Requirements:

• Degree / Professional qualification in Business Admin or other related disciplines
• Experience in Procurement minimum of 3 years is required.
• Good analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good written, interpersonal and communication skills
• Resourceful and strong drive to complete work with tight deadlines
