How to Apply:
a) Application must be made by using a form available for a fee of RM 2.00 (a form) at the Seremban Municipal Council to take personally or by post (postal RM2.00) a form on behalf of the President of the Seremban Municipal Council to address envelopes itself and 50 cents stamps.
b) All application forms must be completed and submitted a copy of the information certified by the Officer Management & Professional / Headman / Village Head / Head of the Police Station / Magistrates / headmaster or school principal, as follows: -
i) a copy of identity card
ii) a copy of birth certificate
iii) copies of certificates of qualification
iv) a copy of the transcript of the relevant certificates
v) passport-sized photograph
