Resourcing Analyst
(Kuala Lumpur)

Provide recruitment support  to the Resourcing Manager to ensure that our recruitment needs are met and that it is aligned to our business objectives.

 

You be responsible for implementing recruitment plans at junior and graduate level, monitor recruitment initiatives, carrying out related administrative duties and record keeping. You will also coordinate interviews, conduct interviews for interns and prescreen applications at graduate level, prepare offers of employment and coordinate new employee onboarding.

•  Fresh graduate with a University degree
•  Effective oral and written communications.
•  Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Action oriented and results driven individual.
• Strong interest in working with youth and student groups and keeping touch with development of their needs and career expectations.
• Strong personal interest in technology and social networking and marketing techniques is an added advantage.
