Trainer (Technical and Soft Skills) (Kuala Lumpur - Menara Sentul) Responsibilities: Execute learning and development activities pertaining to the SPIKE Capacity and Capability Development (CCD) programs which aims to develop individuals with value, empathy, technical abilities and thereby producing well-rounded future leaders who excel in their professions and become responsible citizens as well. Responsible to evaluate the effectiveness of the training session conducted using Kirkpatrick Evaluation up to Level 2 to assure that training fulfils the business needs, objectives and relevant issues. Responsible to conduct pre and post training evaluation for all apprentices under SPIKE program. Continuously improvise the training syllabus and material of the SPIKE Program which include but not limited to Brainbench subject compliance to current industrial standard. Responsible to develop and prepare the Training Calendar which emphasizes on the SPIKE development program to meet SPIKE objectives. A focal person to liaise and communicate with vendors, trainers and consultants and facilities. Responsible to prepare periodic report and analysis to immediate superior. Highlight the problem in delivering the training program to immediate superior with proposed solutions. Provide support in attending to government audits for the SPIKE program and prior to the audit; the incumbent is to ensure all current, relevant and supporting documentation required for a successful audit are available. Prepare and submit monthly progress report that complies with the desired reporting format. Undertake other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the superior from time to time or as and when necessary for the effective realisation of the job-purpose. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
