Customer Service Representative - Contact Centre
(7 Eleven Building, Jalan Sultan Ismail)

  • Ensure customer receives positive experience through quality handling of inbound and outbound telephone call, facsimile and email, which will contribute to increase customer loyalty and overall satisfaction.
  • Provide immediate attention to customer's problem and follow-up with appropriate resolution.
  • Provide an accurate, efficient and quality service that exceeds the customer’s expectations.
  • Meet personal Key Performance Index (KPI) accordance to contact centre requirements.
  • Diploma/Degree in any discipline with 1 year relevant contact centre/customer service experience.
  • Preferable from Telco industry, but not necessarily.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Computer literate.
