PAYROLL SPECIALIST
(Based in Cyberjaya)


 
Job Responsibilities
  • Plans, directs, and coordinates payroll operations activities to ensure accurate and timely distribution of payroll checks.
  • Develops standards and guidelines for payroll processing operations by determining requirements, identifying resources, and analyzing government regulations.
  • Oversees maintenance of the hours/payroll system by scheduling periodic audits to ensure that payroll data is accurate and current.
  • Ensures that monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns are filed with various tax entities.
  • Verifies that payroll tax deductions are accurate and in compliance with tax regulations.
  • Ensures timely deposit of payroll tax deductions with various tax entities.
  • Keeps abreast of and analyzes laws, regulations, and techniques to identify enhancements and solutions to payroll processing operations.
  • Issuing and delivering of payslips
  • Provision of efficient support on all payroll related functions 
Job Requirement
  • Degree / Diploma in HRM / Business Administration or other related fields
  • 3-5 years' relevant experience in Payroll processing
  • Knowledge in SAP would be an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel- Familiar with Vlook up, Pivot Table, Spread Sheet linkage.
  • Good communication skill especially in English
