Card Direct Sales Executive
(Kedah, Kuala Lumpur, Pahang, Penang, Perak, Sabah, Sarawak, Selangor)

Responsibilities:

• To actively promote & acquire New To Bank (NTB) credit cards through roadshows, and generate new leads for acquisition purposes (Roadshows at major shopping malls & hypermarkets will be held during weekends to help boost sales)
• To maintain service standard and project Citibank corporate image
• To well versed with Citibank’s product knowledge and credit criteria
• To meet and exceed sales performance indicator (i.e: no of calls, appointment, submissions, and approvals)
• To follow up with customers applications
• To complete and timely submit of customers' application
• To ensure compliance and consistency with Bank's Compliance & Control policy in card acquisition effort

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent. Job role in Sales Agent (Other financial services) or equivalent.
