HR Analyst (12 months Contract)
(Kuala Lumpur - Bukit Jalil)

Responsibilities:

Generalist Role

• Leave Management
• HR Claims Management
• Medical Check-up (bi-annually)
• Manage all HR systems - HRIQ & eClaim system, eROC and TalenT
• Monthly dashboard reporting
• Training Management (including HRDF)
• HR Procurement - SRM Processing

Expert Role

• IA Management
• Payroll Management

Any other HR transactional processed as defined in future.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• Required language(s): English
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Jalil.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Contract positions available.
